We begin our examination of the case known as the "Tylenol Murders." In 1982, seven people died in the Chicago area after taken Extra-Strength Tylenol contaminated with cyanide.

The third and final part of our analysis of the 1975 unsolved murder of 18-year-old Debbie Sue Williamson in Lubbock, Texas.
